How to Buy Digital Assets
Add funds to your Uphold account using bank transfer, debit/credit card, or cryptocurrency deposit.
Click on the "Trade" tab in the Uphold app or website to access the trading interface.
Choose "From" (currency you're using) and "To" (asset you're buying) in the trade window.
Specify the amount you want to buy and review the transaction details including fees.
Review all details and confirm the transaction. Your new assets will appear in your wallet.
How to Sell Digital Assets
Open the Uphold app or website and navigate to your portfolio to view your assets.
Choose the cryptocurrency or other asset you want to sell from your portfolio.
Click "Sell" and select the currency you want to receive (USD, EUR, etc.).
Specify the amount or percentage of the asset you want to sell.
Review the exchange rate, fees, and final amount, then confirm the sale.
How to Transfer Funds
Click on the "Transact" button from your Uphold dashboard or asset page.
Choose between sending to another Uphold user, external wallet, or bank account.
For external wallets: paste the recipient's wallet address. For banks: select your linked account.
Enter the amount you want to transfer and review the network fees if applicable.
Double-check all details and confirm the transaction. Save the transaction ID for reference.
